Convention
Our flagship event each year is our Annual Convention. This is a wonderful opportunity for our members to meet, to spend a weekend as a community, sharing experiences, rekindling friendships and studying together. We invite speakers from all over the world to join us, choosing a theme from Yoga philosophy to guide our studies.
Our 2026 convention will be held Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th October at the wonderful Eastwood Hall in Nottinghamshire, and we are delighted to have Saraswathi Vasudevan as our plenary speaker.

A sangha is a regular informal meeting of students of Yoga who wish to practise and study together, offering mutual support for our Yoga practice.
Open to all members of aYs, at the invitation of the sangha host.
This is a sharing of yoga practice, study, discussion, teaching and sometimes chanting.
Charges are minimal. Please contact your local group and come and join us!
