Some of our teachers are also qualified to teach Yoga on a one to one basis. This is a more therapeutic approach to Yoga.

Our professional members (teachers of Yoga and Yoga therapy) are required to sign up to our Code of Conduct,
to hold comprehensive insurance and an up-to-date First Aid training qualification.
They also undertake Continuing Professional Development annually and are subject to our Complaints procedure.
Our Yoga teacher members must complete a minimum of 500 hours of recognised, formal training.
aYs members who offer Yoga therapy are required to provide evidence of at least 1,000 hours of recognised, formal training.
