About Susie Galley Yoga Teacher:
My working career to date has been as an Occupational Therapist, working with people who have mental health issues. I have been practising yoga personally for about 15 years and started to attend a regular Viniyoga class 5 years ago. I am very passionate about what yoga can do for people and have felt the healing qualities of it.
In 2016 I made the decision to begin training to teach yoga and completed the training in 2019. I now teach a regular classes on a Thursday evening. My training is run by Sadhana Mala (www.sadhanamala.com) and I continue to attend weekly classes with my yoga teacher, Janet Evans (www.yogajanam.com/yoga).
