Rebecca offers yoga as an holistic approach for health and well-being that’s suitable for everybody.
Modern Yoga can be a little daunting as we see people tied up like pretzels in memes but luckily this isn’t what Yoga is all about.
Rebecca uses the many creative tools in her yoga classes and practices which include mindful, gentle movement, meditation, the use of sound, breath awareness and breathing techniques. These will positively impact your physical and emotional health and then possibly lead you towards a spiritual path too.
Additionally, Rebecca is a registered nurse, Yoga teacher and Yoga practitioner who brings a lightness of touch and fun approach to her classes. Her extensive training in the Viniyoga tradition and compassion for her students makes classes accessible, warm and inclusive.
With over 20 years experience to draw on, her classes will give you a deeper understanding of yourself and the rich offerings found in this tradition. She currently offers group classes to adults and seniors, themed workshops and 1:1 sessions that are tailored to your individual needs.
Drawing from her nursing experience Rebecca also offers group classes for people with a shared condition such as anxiety so feel free to get in touch if you have a group who would benefit from such support or would like an individual therapeutic session.
