Yogaskies

I did my yoga training with Paul Harvey ,completing in 1992.

As well as continuing studies in Yoga I have completed and Ayurveda training with Ann Johnston. From 2001 I studied and practised Jyotish (Indian Astrology) with Hart De Fouw. I also qualified as an Alexander Technique teacher in 2012.
In my work with people I draw on all of these disciplines.

I live in Herefordshire with my wife and children.
