I have been practicing yoga now for 20 years. I came to yoga after suffering a serious injury in 1993 and was not able to exercise. I used yoga to rebuild strength and flexibility in my body and to manage chronic pain, and now use it to help with the stresses and strains of daily life.
My classes are suitable for all abilities and we focus on improving mobility using the breath, each class being adapted to the individual’s needs. Maximum group size is 8 so there is plenty of opportunity to ask questions and learn more.
Home practice is encouraged and a home practice sheet is provided each term which builds a library of tools and practices students can draw from in-between classes.
I believe yoga is a way of life, and with this tradition you never stop learning.
