From time to time life throws up problems in many guises and always, my yoga has been my support.
My very first yoga teacher, Howard Kent, explained to us all that good breath and alignment were the greatest influence on physical health and I have found this to be true.
Through the study and understanding of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, I have also discovered that his directions, although designed many years ago, still hold true today and can ease our passage on life’s wonderful journey.
