“Yoga Therapy: Whole Person Healing”

This 40-hour BWY CPD module covers the foundations of Yoga therapy while facilitating a personal experience of the process of yoga therapy throughout.

A comprehensive foundation to yoga therapy in the viniyoga approach. The underlying models for health and healing as outlined in yoga are combined with experiential yoga therapy practice; underpinned by two individual yoga therapy sessions for each participant to explore their own journey.

Additional information: Certified BWY module; eligible as CPD Cost £540 or £510 for aYs members plus £60 BWY module fee.

Dates: 20/11/2022, 04/12 2022 and 08/01/2023 online (full day); 05/02/2023 online (half day); 03-05/03/2023 residential weekend in Buckinghamshire.
