Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat – Quercy Blanc, South West France

Welcome to the Quercy Blanc, South West France for a relaxing and rewarding week of Yoga and Ayurvedic Wellness with Ann Johnston. Meet our hosts Suska and Nico at their Happy Hamlet, a secluded, ecological and lovingly converted farmhouse with a renovated barn, natural pool, sauna, lots of terraces nooks and crannies to socialise or enjoy some private time. We will be practicing Yoga, exploring an Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Cooking in fun and interactive workshops leaving plenty of time to relax, discover the local countryside, a local medieval village and market. All activities are optional, we want you to be happy, to feel at home and do what you feel is right for you.
