Definitive Yoga Sūtra Chapter 3

An online course exploring chapter 3 of the Yoga Sūtra in depth, inspired by the teachings of TKV Desikachar, and using key ideas from the commentary of Vyāsa. We will also include many of the unique insights of Peter Hersnack. This course is aimed at Yoga Teachers and keen Yoga students.

14 x 3.5-hour Zoom sessions (each to include 2 theory sessions and a practice plus handouts). Recordings accessible for 6 months.
