You will gain an understanding of the basic principles of Ayurveda and learn how to identify the three main body-mind constitutions. These insights will give you a great understanding of yourself and those around you. We will look at some general Ayurvedic lifestyle and diet for everyone and some more specific advice for the three constitutions Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
