Inspiration from the Goddess – a weekend Yoga retreat with Erika Lyons and Zoe Herington

Discover the transformative qualities of the Divine Feminine through Yoga, meditation, creative sound and sacred story.

Join us for a nourishing weekend inspired by the Goddess in the Indian tradition, with a special focus on the Tri Devī — Saraswatī, Lakṣmi, and Pārvatī (in her manifestation as Durgā). Together we’ll share:

• Yoga practice
• Meditation
• Creative sound exploration
• Vedic chant
• Stories and imagery from the Indian tradition
• Reflective and restorative practices in a peaceful rural setting
