Breath – The Heart of Yoga Practice
Throughout time breath was seen as a force that ran through mind, body and spirit like a river running through a dry valley giving sustenance to everything in its course. This powerful force is with us every second of our lives and yet often remains unnoticed. This weekend we will draw it into the forefront of our attention, gently exploring how we can look after it, work with it to strengthen our physical and emotional health and create sensitive, joyful connections both to ourselves and the world around us. Days will begin and end with accessible yoga practices placing particular attention on the breath. The space between is open to explore the sun, smells and light of the surroundings, enjoy friendly company & nourishing food. Weather permitting we will go on a walk together and gather for a campfire in the evening.
