If you are interested in the techniques of viniyoga and want to read more, I have found that Yogamatters carry an extensive range.

Gary Kraftsow DVDs
I like them. It was interesting to watch another senior teacher in this tradition at work. My view of them is that they are very physically orientated practices....which you would expect in the situation. There are some useful ideas...but I didn't get the 'meditative feel' that I usually get even with physical practices. Maybe its just me and I'd be interested in someone else's view.
