I have been practicing Yoga since 1993 having sampled a few different styles with quite a few different teachers.
I completed 3 years teacher training with sadhana mala (Ranju Roy and Dave Charlton) in 2009.
I am not currently teaching, but continue to enjoy and benefit from regular practice.- About me
I feel that I only really started to have some kind of real understanding of what the word Yoga means in the last few years.This came as a result of my introduction to the Yoga Sutras. Since then Yoga has opened up enormously for me, and consequently, me to it.
