Personal Trainer (fitness) 2010- About me
I completed the 4 year Practitioner Training with Paul Harvey in 2004 and then went on to complete Paul's 2 year Further Studies course. I have been teaching since 1999 and recently moved to Pembrokeshire where I intend to set up classes in early 2011. Outside yoga, I qualified as a Personal Trainer in September 2010 and hope to work in this area too, but keeping the two disciplines separate.
