- Qualifications and Experience
I trained as a Yoga teacher on Paul Harvey's 4-year Practitioner course from 2000-2003, and began teaching in 2001.
I have studied at the Krishnamcarya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, and over the past 12 years have further developed my knowledge and experience at many retreats, workshops and seminars in the Viniyoga approach.
I am currently participating in Peter Hersnack's 2-year Further Studies course entitled "Viveka," and am also a member of a Vedic chanting group led by Mary Harris.
I am profoundly grateful to these and all my other teachers including Fiona Ashdown and Ranju Roy with whom I have studied on a one-to-one basis.
