I have been practising and studying yoga since 1976 and teaching it since1992 when I received the BWY teaching diploma. In 2004, after 4 years training with Paul Harvey, I qualified as a Licensed aYs Practitioner and in 2008, after two more years with him, became a Senior Teacher
