- About me
I started teaching small groups in London almost ten years ago, before I moved to Hove and I have been teaching classes in the Brighton area for 8 years now. I have a strong belief that the practice of Yoga should always fit the student, instead of expecting everyone to work in the same way. This led me to train through the AYS and focus more on 1-1 sessions, to develop practices for individuals and to offer Yoga therapy.
