2 year course with Peter Hersnack on Viveka- About me
I have been practicing yoga for many years, completing my first teachers training course in around 1997. I commenced the 4 year Practitioner Course in 2006. Recently I have completed an experiential course with Peter Hersnack. I believe that yoga becomes a part of your daily life and you have to 'live' it to be able to share it.

Currently working from home individually and with groups. This will be changing shortly and I will post them when set.
- Special Interests
I have taught Tai Chi Chuan.
I am hoping to be able to offer therapeutic massage shortly.
