About me

I began Yoga in 1996 and immediately loved it. After practicing a few different styles I committed to the practice of Krishnamacharya after meeting Ranju Roy in 1999. He has been my personal teacher since then. I have been teaching Yoga full time since 2003 and feel I have found my authentic purpose in life.
I am interested in Yoga as a path to spiritual freedom.
I am also studying Ayurveda which I love. I am interested in ecology, gardening, cooking and anything that supports harmony, health and peace for our planet.
I have been living and teaching in Doncaster for the last 5 years and am in the process of moving to Somerset. I will continue to offer workshops and training in Yorkshire.
