Qualifications and Experience: I am looking forward to acreditation with BWY and aYs when I complete my training.
I have been practising Yoga since 1993 having sampled a few different styles with quite a few different teachers.
I am currently studying to teach with sadhana mala (Ranju Roy and Dave Charlton).
About me: I feel that I only really started to have some kind of real understanding of what the word Yoga means in the last few years.This came as a result of my introduction to "Viniyoga", and to the Yoga Sutras. Since then Yoga has opened up enormously for me, and consequently, me to it.
Special Interests: I would like to concentrate on providing short courses, and on individual tuition.
I would like to help people to find a balanced centre within themselves in our increasingly - it seems - unbalanced world.
Yoga has given me so much, I want to give something back.
