Qualifications and Experience

I originally trained with the Scottish Yoga Teachers Association in 1979. Then I found this approach to yoga and completed the Viniyoga Britain Practitioner Course in 2003...so I am an aYs practitioner.

Evening Classes:
Monday 6:00 - 7:00pm Continuers
Monday 7:15 - 8:15pm Beginners/General
at Dance for All, 106 St Stephen Street, Stockbridge, Edinburgh

Simple Yoga Classes:
sponsored by the Parkinson's Disease Society but open to anyone who would like a gentle class.
Wednesday 11:30 - 12:30 at Portobello Indoor Bowling Centre
Thursday 1:45 - 3:00pm at Drylaw Parish Church, Groathill Road North

Special Interests

I enjoy teaching individuals and adapting yoga to their requirements.
I also run a Yoga Sutra Study Group and a tiny Vedic Chant Group which meet each month on Saturdays.
I teach occasional yoga workshops and have taught In Service Training days for Yoga Scotland and the British Wheel of Yoga.
