About me

I worked as a practice nurse for 16 years before giving up to focus on teaching yoga and holistic therapies. I worked with other local therapists to offer treatments during Foot and Mouth and the Carlisle floods. A Trustee of Carlisle Therapy Centre (located above Tesco in Victoria Viaduct, Carlisle).

Details of classes

1 yoga class - Thursday each week - 2.00pm to 3.30pm
at DeafVision, 3 Compton Street, Carlisle

Special Interests

Pregnancy yoga and one-to-one yoga lessons.

Have worked with Deaf and Deafened groups of people.

I also offer a yoga element at holistic therapies weekends run by Lakeland Balancing ACT.

I am also qualified as a holistic therapist specialising in deep tissue massage, Reiki and aromatherapy.
