The cakra have always held a fascination for yoga practitioners from all backgrounds. This retreat will explore the history, context and symbolism of the cakra and the subtle body in the Yoga tradition.

We will consider the cakra from both contemporary and traditional perspectives. The retreat will include a balance of theory and practice.

Self-catering accommodation is provided locally with a number of options including single, twin and triple rooms (costs will vary a little). The cost of the retreat is £380, based on sharing a twin room (reduced to £350 for early booking).
