Eight one day workshops exploring the symbolism, meaning and practical application of the cakras.

These workshops will include practices, teachings from ancient and contemporary texts, time for discussion and reflection. We will use each cakra as a springboard to explore particular areas of ourselves, with an emphasis on open exploration, sharing and enquiry.

Sat 5th Jan 2008 - Muladhara: support of the root
Sat 16th Feb 2008 - Svadhisthana: self-sustaining flow
Sat 19th April 2008 - Manipuraka: fire of transformation
Sun 1st June 2008 - Anahata: opening to the heart
Sun 20th July 2008 - Visuddha: space for communication
Sat 18th Oct 2008 - Ajna: discerning the real
Sat 22nd Nov - Sahasrara: liberation

Timings: 10.00am - 4.30pm

Cost: £280 (or £45 per workshop space permitting)
Deposit: £70 (off set against last 2 days)

Please bring contribution to a shared vegetarian lunch (drinks/snacks provided)
