Yoga Events

I look forward to the next Convention for two reasons. Firstly, I attended both the 2006 and 2007 Conventions and came away refreshed and inspired. Secondly, I would love to work with Peter Hersnack, as I have worked with both Sheila Baker (my teacher) and Ranju Roy, both of whom have been inspired by his teachings. I love the fluidity and the bhavana which come from his teachings. They add a delightful flavour to the good solid teachings we received in our training with Paul Harvey.
