Residential retreat at Launde Abbey

This weekend retreat is an opportunity to take time for ourselves & explore the value of yoga in our everyday lives using yoga practice, teaching sessions exploring the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and creative workshops linked to the weekend theme.
Accommodation is mainly in single rooms with en-suite facilities
The cost includes all meals, tuition, handouts and materials. In 2011 the cost for a single room is £295.
