Synopsis:
A series of pamphlets "expressing some important ideas that have illuminated their path"

The pamphlets are colour-coded under 3 headings – philosophy; ideas for teachers; ideas for students.
Currently available: Pamphlets on the polarity sutras and the subtle body sutras; designing yoga sequences and understanding seated breathing practices; essential tips for students on getting the most from home practice and from a yoga class.
In preparation: teaching pranayama; subtle body sutras part 2; stories for yoga teachers
All 6 cost £20 or £4 individually (p&p £1.65) reductions for ”bulk buys” – contact Sadhana Mala
Each pamphlet pithily describes what the authors understand about the subject. For instance “108 top tips for understanding & designing yoga sequences” enumerates 108 sutra-like observations under headings such as counterposture & bhavana – very much what a yoga teacher in training might have learned but concisely & pithily presented.
The 2 leaflets aimed at students can be customised so that a teacher can include his/her own contact details & give the leaflets out to new students.
Dave and Ranju acknowledge the influence of their teachers on their own understanding but the commentary, presentation and organisation is in their own distinctive style. Indeed they do “convey serious ideas in a light & easily digestible form” – further leaflets will be eagerly awaited. There are a few typos & spelling errors which will be corrected when the series is reprinted.
