Advanced Training/Therapy Course

The aYs Advanced Training/Therapy Course is also run in collaboration with Sadhana Mala. It is run by by Dave Charlton and Ranju Roy under the title "The Art of Individual Teaching".

It is a 2-year training for qualified Yoga teachers who wish to train specifically in teaching Yoga to individuals and applying Yoga as a therapy. It complements the 2-year aYs/Sadhana Mala Teacher Training Course, but is also open to other teachers with a specific interest in the viniyoga of Yoga.

On successful completion students will be registered as aYs Teachers and will meet the criteria of the British Council for Yoga Therapy.
