REGULAR FURTHER STUDY DAYS

The further study program is for Yoga Teachers, for students who have competed a Foundation Course, or experienced students who have a keen interest in the philosophy and practice of Yoga. Each day will include a study theme, practice and discussion. The days are independent, but will also have some sense of continuity. Worksheets will be provided for notes, and optional reading and home study will be suggested. Please bring food to share for lunch.
