Yoga and the Human Voice

An opportunity to explore and deepen your relationship with yoga, with special emphasis on the use of sound. Sound can be orally expressed or it can be heard only in the mind. Its use can enhance the experience of all aspects of yoga, from asana to meditation. Time will also be given to the theory and practice of Vedic chanting.

Each workshop is “stand-alone”, but there will be some progression in the Vedic chanting element.

Venue: Alba Chiropractic Clinic, Dundee (corner of Princes Street and Victoria Street)
The venue is small so numbers for each workshop are strictly limited.
