An opportunity to explore what Yoga texts, in particular the Yoga Sutras, have to say about recommended behaviour for Yoga practitioners, with a view to helping us find our own balance -- necessary vigilance without mental self-flagellation. Also plenty of practice sessions as well as time to relax.
