Thanks for that.

Its a very interesting article. Lots of parallels with Yoga practice eg breath awareness and acceptance of where we are. There's some good techniques in there which could perhaps be adapted to a Yoga practice for overcoming addiction.

I have also done a bit of googling on the subject. There is quite a lot of stuff out there.
